Stray Kids' Lee Know has made a generous donation of 100 million KRW (approximately $75,000) to aid victims of the catastrophic floods in Nepal, demonstrating his commitment to humanitarian causes.

On August 28, Lee Know contributed the funds to World Vision, an international relief and development NGO, to provide crucial assistance to families and children affected by the devastating floods in Nepal.

The donation will be utilized for immediate survival needs and recovery efforts in flood-stricken communities. It will support various relief activities, including food and nutrition provision, temporary housing assistance, and clean water and sanitation support for residents in the impacted areas.

In a statement released through his agency JYP Entertainment, Lee Know said, "I hope my contribution can offer some comfort to those facing these challenging times. My heartfelt wish is for all the victims and relief workers on the ground to swiftly return to their normal lives."

Lee Know has consistently shown his generosity through regular donations to those in need, both in South Korea and internationally.

His philanthropic journey began in 2014 when he started supporting children overseas through World Vision. In 2024, he donated 100 million KRW (75,000 USD) to World Vision's global food crisis response project, aimed at helping children in the world's poorest countries facing food shortages. This act of kindness earned him recognition as the youngest member of World Vision's prestigious 'Bob Pierce Honor Club.'

Last year, Lee Know continued his charitable efforts by donating 100 million KRW (75,000 USD) to Samsung Medical Center to support treatment and care for adult patients with serious illnesses and pediatric patients. He also contributed another 100 million KRW (75,000 USD) to Nabiya Saranghae, a cat protection organization, to aid in the rescue, treatment, and shelter operations for stray cats. His total contributions for the year amounted to an impressive 200 million KRW (150,000 USD).

Lee Know has also participated in group donations with his Stray Kids bandmates. The members contributed funds to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association and World Vision for wildfire recovery efforts in the Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk regions in 2025. They also made a donation to World Vision Hong Kong to assist with fire recovery efforts in the city.

In other news, Stray Kids recently released their mini-album 'THIS & THAT' on August 7, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. This remarkable achievement marks their ninth consecutive album to reach the top spot on the prestigious chart.

The group is set to continue their global domination with their world tour concert 'RUN IT' at Tokyo's National Stadium on August 29 and 30. Stray Kids will make history as the first international male artists to hold a solo concert at this iconic venue, further solidifying their status as global superstars.
